Welcome to Network @ 5. By submitting an application to become a member, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before applying, as they outline the terms of your membership, payment obligations, and other important aspects of our service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with the application.
 

1. Membership Eligibility and Application Process
 

1.1. Network @ 5 membership is granted through an application process. Completing the application does not guarantee acceptance. Membership is subject to approval based on the criteria set by Network @ 5.

1.2. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that the information provided is accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification or termination of membership if approved.

1.3. Network @ 5 reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion.
 

2. Membership Plans and Payments
 

2.1. Subscription Model: Network @ 5 operates on a yearly subscription model. Upon approval of your application, you agree to pay the full annual subscription fee.

2.2. Payment Methods:

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal.

  • All payments must be processed through the methods outlined and confirmed during the membership approval process.

2.3. Auto-Renewal and Notifications:

  • Memberships will automatically renew on the anniversary of your initial approval date.

  • You will be notified of the renewal and any changes to the terms or fees at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.

2.4. Non-Refundable Payments:

  • All payments are non-refundable, including in cases where the membership is canceled mid-term.

2.5. Price Changes:

  • Network @ 5 reserves the right to adjust subscription fees. You will be notified of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

  • If you do not agree to the updated price, you must cancel your membership before the next billing cycle.
     

3. Cancellation Policy
 

3.1. Voluntary Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your membership by providing at least 7 days' notice prior to your renewal date.

  • Cancellations must be requested by contacting info@networkatfive.com.

  • Unique permission may be granted for cancellations outside this window at the sole discretion of Network @ 5.

3.2. Termination by Network @ 5:

  • We reserve the right to terminate your membership for violation of these terms, abusive behavior towards other members or staff, or other conduct deemed inappropriate.

  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
     

4. Privacy and Data Protection
 

4.1. By applying for membership, you acknowledge and agree that Network @ 5 will collect and store your personal information for the purposes of evaluating your application and providing membership services if approved.

4.2. We are committed to keeping your data and information private. Your personal data will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Prohibited Conduct
 

5.1. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Share, distribute, or copy proprietary content from Network @ 5 without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property
 

6.1. All content provided by Network @ 5, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and logos, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited.

6.2. By uploading or sharing any content within the platform, you grant Network @ 5 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the service.
 

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
 

7.1. No Guarantees:

  • Network @ 5 does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using the platform.

7.2. Service Interruptions:

  • We are not liable for temporary interruptions in service due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

7.3. Liability Cap:

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for damages is limited to the total subscription fees you have paid during the current subscription year.
     

8. Governing Law and Disputes
